About This Job:


The Associate Director of Process Operations is a critical role between content technology platforms and the teams of people who create content that drives customer experience. This role will be responsible for contributing to the development, embedding and monitoring of a significant portion of the Omnichannel digital transformation ambition. This role will ensure all of the moving pieces across end to end content operations are following process by implementing standards and governance that ensures consistency for each global region. The scope of this role will span across regions and geographies and will have significant impact on the content operating model of Astellas.


Key Activities are noted below:


  • Responsible for operationalizing global content strategy and related customer experience through process development.
  • The oversight and development of end-to-end content operations standards, governance frameworks, monitoring mechanisms, and other efficiency and operational management tools.
  • Ensure organizational awareness and understanding of content processes that drive standardization by liaising closely with Strategic Brand Marketing Partners and Engagement Leads to drive optimal content process efficiency.
  • Establish new and simplified processes in collaboration with Legal, E&C and Regulatory and for the efficient operation of content processes (including content reuse, content efficiency, content distribution, and content effectiveness measurement)
  • Responsible for partnering with the Data Driven Marketing & Analytics Lead and CDMS team/project for the ongoing accounting and management of customer consent and preference management, ensuring all operations and processes fully account for this input and customer-defined selection.
  • Responsible for the successful onboarding of a content librarian team within the centralized global production hub to manage and assist in the storage and retrieval of content and other process-oriented tasks.
  • Accountable for the processes that deliver proper inclusion and integration of relevant customer experience data (in collaboration with the Commercial Insights) that enhance omnichannel operation and marketing plans.
  • Work with the change management team that supports the standardization and streamline of the content operation globally, whilst enabling local teams to further support and enhance local customer experience.
  • Seek and suggest opportunities for process and spending improvements and champion overall organizational digital transformation ambitions


Essential Knowledge & Experience:

   

  • Solid experience within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare environment within an understanding of marketing content approval
  • Significant content operations experience including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content delivery
  • Experience working with content operations platforms such as digital asset management or content management systems, preferable Veeva
  • Able to diagnose and develop business process diagrams, optimize workflows, and translate process complexity into operational simplicity
  • Aware of current innovation in content operations and other forward-looking developments
  • Fluent in verbal and written English with good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence
  • Experience leading, managing or working on complex project-based initiatives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience working across complex negotiation and other process-related delivery models
  • Good project management skills

   

Education/Qualifications:


  •  Bachelors degree or equivalent
