The Opportunity:
As the Brand Content & Value Partner, you will enhance Astellas’ ability to meet diverse customer and segment needs by providing direct operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of content and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning and execution of omnichannel journeys through proficiency with omnichannel content strategy, channel, modular content and campaign execution
- Manage content lifecycle from planning through creation, approval, dissemination and evaluation, to support the delivery of omnichannel journeys
- Drive the planning, execution, and localization of omnichannel campaigns, including content creation and channel optimization, working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Managers to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Serve as a key working partner for functions and stakeholders including affiliate marketing brand team partners, medical affairs, affiliate MLR review team, external agencies as needed, OSO, Content Factory, and others.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in content creation, content localization and digital/omnichannel engagement within the pharmaceutical, life science industry or other highly regulated industries.
- Ability to understand the brand strategy and objectives, and translate the brand key messaging per target customer profile into tangible content pieces
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, planning, and time management skills, with fluency in written and spoken business English and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous omnichannel content experience within the pharmaceutical, life science, FMCG and/or other content rich marketing industry, or advertising/marketing agency
- Proficient in working with external (digital) marketing agencies, including co-creating campaigns and overseeing delivery.
- Skilled in digital marketing activities, such as LinkedIn campaigns, social media, and search engine marketing.
- Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process and local rules and regulations
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MSc in digital marketing or communications or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent full-time position.
- Position is based in Poland.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 2 days per week in our Warsaw office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
