About this job:


This Commercial Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operation of the Commercial, Marketing and Sales organization and cross-functional activities with other company departments.


As a Commercial Assistant you will be:


  • Supporting implementation of tactical plans, commercial activities
  • Supporting development of communication campaigns and materials
  • Following up budget and invoicing
  • Supporting the organization of internal and external events, congress, etc.
  • Coordinating the flow of approval of commercial activities
  • Carrying out administrative tasks related to commercial activities
  • Assisting marketing events preparations, including venue selection, invitations and meeting logistics.
  • Carrying out compliance (in particular, but not limited to compliance monitoring and transparency reporting) related administrative (e.g. data gathering) tasks
  • Ensuring product safety information is reported to pharmacovigilance department (DSO) no later than 24 hours from the receipt date.
  • Providing support for completion of pharmacovigilance related activities ( e.g. monthly reconciliation) as agreed with the DSO.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years, preferably in an international company
  • Ability to work with all team members in a MATRIX structure.
  • Building social contacts.
  • Dedicated, multi-tasking, hard worker, accuracy.
  • Knowledge of accurate administrational and documentational procedures
  • IT competent to learn and use different systems

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Administrative oriented tasks experience within a commercial team.

Education/Qualifications:


  • Higher Education (Preferably Bachelor degree) with administrative oriented subjects
  • Proficient knowledge of Hungarian and English
