About This Job:

The Global Mobility team have an exciting position for a Japanese speaking Mobility Specialist to support the Mobility team in EMEA with operational mobility tasks such as on-boarding and immigrations compliance. This is an opportunity for an individual to develop and broaden their HR experience within a highly experienced and supportive team. Ideally, we are seeking someone that can embrace change, has good collaboration skills, and provide specialist expertise for continuous improvement.
As the Mobility Specialist you will support the GM team in producing any documentation required for tax, social security and immigration compliance purposes.
Support monthly payroll processes and annual payroll activities such as salary reviews and bonus payments in partnership with other team members
Initiate the provision of 3rd party services to assignees such as shipping, home search, tax briefings, health insurance etc. and ensure that services are delivered in a timely manner
Generate and share reports out of Assignment Pro e.g. detailing assignment end dates, visa expiry dates etc. and where required provide documentation in support of related processes e.g. visa renewal, certificate of coverage.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Japanese speaker
  • Strong numeracy and Excel skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload to manage deadlines
  • Previous HR experience


  • Previous GM experience
  • An understanding of the assignment lifecycle and typical assignment pay structures
  • Exposure to monthly assignee payroll processes
  • Experience of using an assignment management system or HRIS


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
