About this job:


As part of our internal HR Operations expansion, we are now recruiting for an experienced HR professional who will be responsible for Case Management, supporting cyclical HR processes and organisational design. On a daily basis this will include:


  • Providing case management support to employees and managers where escalated by the HR Service Delivery Team.
  • Providing sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues such as underperformance, disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence.
  • Identifying and analysing legal and compliance risks in employment situations and partnering with HRBP's & Employee Relations to mitigate.
  • Monitoring and tracking trends in case management queries to proactively identify issues and opportunities to overcome these trends. 
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and leaders on business change projects including managing a portfolio of global business change projects. 
  • Supporting the delivery of cyclical HR processes.
  • Keeping up to date with employment law and employment law trends

Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Proven HR experience, gained in a HR Operations model in a complex, global environment
  • Relevant end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) experience including management of complex and high-risk cases.
  • Experience of working with and supporting HR Business Partners
  • Experience across core HR functions; Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management and experience in HR process design.
  • A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement 
  • Strong Turkish and English communication skills

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:


  • Project Management and Continuous Improvement experience

Educations/Qualifications:


  • Batchelors degree and relevant professional qualification
