About this job:


An exciting new opportunity for a solutions focused HR Operations professional to work across functions and regions, supporting our Global HR Service Delivery Lead with Team Leadership (5-10 individuals and driving improvements across end-to-end HR processes and services. 


Responsibilities:


  • Leading a team of HR Service Delivery Advisors, initially UK based but will become a global team
  • Day-to-day running of HR Service Delivery, acting as a point of escalation for broader HR teams
  • Contributing to the establishment of a Global HR Operations Model
  • Developing a continuous improvement plan for HR Service Delivery
  • Owning consistency of service delivery standards, both in-house and on behalf of 3rd party providers.
  • Ensuring that stakeholders are aligned around the HR Service Delivery model and objectives 
  • Supporting the account management support of HR Operations service delivery 3rd parties
  • Leading, coaching and influencing at all levels


Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Proven experience in a leadership position encompassing HR Operations/Shared Services and  Customer Excellence, gained in a global organisation. 
  • Extensive experience in transaction management 
  • Sound knowledge and experience across core HR functions such as Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.
  • Proven experience and an apetite for delivering CI initiatives
  • Strong people manager with an ability to lead and motivate a team using HR metrics


Educations/Qualifications:


  • Chartered MCIPD or equivalent qualification, or equivalent HR experience
