About the job:


  • Design and implementation of local account plans by effectively promoting the Oncology portfolio within a defined territory to deliver and exceed territory business objectives (sales and projects)
  • Lead generation and execution in collaboration with OPEX and usage of the client relationship management (CRM) system
  • Planning and execution of physical and virtual promotional events, and support the events through the company
  • Remain up to date with changes in the healthcare system, both nationally and locally to ensure that account plans are developed in line with customer needs.
  • Continuous improvement of the personnel distribution practice with training, usage of digital tools and the newest information about market trends, needs and regulations

Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience; and at least 2 years’ experience selling into hospitals (specialist pharmaceutical products or medical devices/equipment)
  • Sound understanding of hospital buying/procurement processes
  • Previous experience of selling products in Oncology
  • Previous (Key) Account Manager experience
  • Proficiency in French and English

Preferred Educations/Qualifications:


  • Paramedical or scientific background
