About This Job:


As Key Account and Market Access Manager you will mainly:


  • Drive product usage in order to achieve and exceed sales, market share and profitability targets across the territory for all promoted products.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to ensure delivery of the above targets.
  • Develop and implement product-local specific marketing plans according to Marketing Strategies.
  • Plan, initiate, support and execute specific sales and marketing projects, in accordance with local and regional sales and marketing plans.
  • Get familiar with reimbursement system and capable to support in Market Access Strategy implementation and communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with relevant stakeholders and support them appropriately for the good of the patient, stakeholders and Astellas.
  • Work with internal peers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of account plans, overcome any obstacles, and ultimately exceed targets.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Solid sales experience in Pharma, and proven experience within specialist therapeutic area in hospital accounts - min. 4-5 years in Pharmaceutical Industry in sales or marketing position
  • Sound Pharma and healthcare system knowledge
  • Willing to work additional hours and/or travel as reasonably required by the business
  • Ability to work with all team members in a multicultural environment and MATRIX structure
  • Strong product portfolio/disease knowledge
  • Demonstrable Key Account Management ability
  • Able to work independently, setting own goals
  • Building social contacts

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:


  • Previous experience on Oncology therapeutic area is preferred
  • Experience in marketing and market access activities is an advantage

Education/Qualifications:


  • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is preferred, but can also be from other related bio science fields
  • Proficient knowledge of the English language
  • Driving license (B category)
  • Able to work with MS Office

Additional information:


  • Full time
  • This role is field based in Estonia and some travel can be expected within Baltic countries and Europe.
