About This Job:


Astellas is currently hiring Product Specialist for Oncology to be based in Casablanca, Morocco. The role will be reporting directly into the National Sales Manager Morocco.


Main Purpose of the Position:


  • The Product Specialist is responsible for the sales performance of the Astellas oncology portfolio in the respected country through effective territory management, expert disease area and product knowledge and through the building of strong relationships with HCPs and payer organisations
  • Meet the assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned portfolio and geography;
  • Identify and close on business opportunities through active collaboration with team members;
  • Continuously enhance therapy and market knowledge, sales and personal skills;
  • Maintain the highest level of pharmaceutical business ethics;
  • Maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, applicable guidelines and SOP’s.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ successful direct field sales experience with a large pharmaceutical organization.
  • Experience in launching new medications in the oncology market within Morocco would be preferred.
  • Experience of working in a Pharma sales organisation or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders. French and English language skills are essential
  • Team oriented and collaborative working style
  • Education to University level
