About This Job:


The Reward Manager is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to become part of a small Reward/Compensation team working with a range of markets across a number of different countries.


This is a broad role that will involve providing insights and analysis to support competitive offer compensation, through to the delivery of strategic projects (gender pay gap as an example) and engaging with HR partners on complex and varied reward needs in a transformational environment. 

As our business grows and develops in different countries this is a great opportunity to broaden your experience across a variety of projects 


Key Responsibilities are noted below:


·       Work in partnership with HRBPs to build a competitive and equitable compensation offering aligned to our global reward strategy to help with Astellas’ mission to recruit and retain great talent

·       Collaborate with the wider Reward COE team members on cross-functional initiatives and projects

·       Assist with the production of the UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting, presenting data to senior leadership and developing a strategy to support continuous improvement

·       Oversee, manage, and lead on key reward activities including salary survey submissions, Annual Salary and Bonus year end. LTIP award cycle management and reporting

·       Manage and build relationships with key external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit arenas to ensure Astellas is positioned competitively

·       Design, model and track compensation and bonus budgets globally and in collaboration with the wider Reward team

·       Manage and provide analytical insights on a broad range of Reward matters, ensuring global reward


  Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • High proficiency in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical abilities and strong attention to detail, able to dissect and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience of working with a variety of HRIS/Compensation management systems 
  • Previous exposure of working with Works Councils/ Trade Unions in a reward capacity
  • Fluent in verbal and written English with a preference for a second language
  • Experience of working with senior partners across a range of compensation related topics such as  executive and sales compensation
  • Support the team with various initiatives, proactively suggesting improvements and simplification

Education/Qualifications


·       Graduate or equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise in technical subject matter
