About the job:

 

Under the leadership of the Director of Brand Operations, EST-M, the Senior Brand Manager will support the development and implementation of one of the Oncology product global brand Operational Plans, ensuring the seamless delivery of global multi-channel programs, materials, messages and campaign elements to affiliates, specifically you will:


  • Drive the implementation and effectiveness of the Global programmes and marketing materials as agreed in the prostate cancer Operational Plan, ensuring seamless delivery to Affiliates and all key stakeholders
  • Support affiliates in their adaptation of global materials as necessary whilst remaining consistent with the agreed global brand strategy, ensuring any necessary approvals are effectively and compliantly managed and achieved in a timely way.
  • Key point of contact for third party agencies involved in the execution of the plan. Work collaboratively with Affiliate Brand Managers to ensure materials developed meet their needs
  • Marketing Lead on the contracting of customer engagement programmes e.g. congress, booths, symposiums and programmes, to ensure these meet the needs of the brand plan and all participants
  • Deliver internal events as required by the brand team to ensure effective messaging of the brand internally e.g. Affiliate monthly meetings,
  • Support Operations Director in monitoring strategic alignment at the affiliate level, tracking executional performance against plan and sharing best practice, including operational reviews, launch readiness reviews , business case reviews, to help Identify issues/challenges and co-create solutions and deploy strong way of working with affiliates / market areas and create forum for best practices sharing e.g. monthly affiliate calls, monthly area lead catch-up, forum with country managers as appropriate.

 
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
 

  • Pharma sector experience with strong customer focus; in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings.
  • Oncology TA experience, ideally in prostate cancer
  • Significant experience of contributing to the implementation of brand strategy to reflect local views and achieve exceptional results to budget
  • Demonstrated experience of managing the brand life cycle within a market
  • Experience of contributing to/delivering to stretch KPIs, to sustainably grow the brand and maintain performance.
  • Digital marketing experience, including Veeva systems
  • Experience of implementing co-created patient-centric integrated services, solutions and programmes
  • End-to-end project management experience
  • Proven compliance expertise; to understand and comply with industry laws and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence, (appropriately) challenge and engage diverse senior stakeholders. 
  • Fluent in written and verbal business English

Qualifications required:


  • Graduate or equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise.
