About This Job:


The Omni channel Strategic Brand Marketing Partner is part of works directly with the Strategic Brand Marketing global brand teams to upskill, advance, and embed digital transformation initiatives. This role will work alongside global brand teams to lead and drive change and ensure co-created branded content and campaigns are fit for purpose in markets across the world. The SBM partner will also represent SBM teams in the development of ongoing transformation to build an updated operation that enhances customer experience globally. The scope of this role will span designated global team, brand, and/or other assigned priorities.


Key Activities are noted below:


  • Accountable for direct partnerships and successful advisory relationships with assigned cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital transformation
  • Responsible for embracing and developing expertise within digital transformation ambition as the SME who adds value to global teams by coaching and counselling teams on tangible ways to deliver seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and stay ahead of change across teams to deliver omnichannel operations and process refinement, to enable seamless end to end content operations.
  • Be the voice of global commercial stakeholders in ongoing transformation development teams, soliciting input and feedback and ensuring fit for purpose, yet progressive development of content operations initiatives
  • In partnership, deliver change management and communication plans that support the standardization and streamline of the content operation globally.
  • Responsible for understanding the needs of the business whilst delivering the need for change, working through feedback, critical challenges, and other roadblocks to success.
  • Understand new processes, systems, platforms, and other requirements to play an expert role, leading teams through new and updated ways of working, including global to local tagging, customer journey frameworks, production partner requirements and other updates and evolution as required.
  • the strategic needs of the broader global commercial business and partner with Omni channel Operations (OCO) peer leaders to support collaboration and solution-seeking ideation.
  • Seek and suggest opportunities for process and spending improvement and other efficiencies within OCO
  • Be a key contributor of the OCO team to champion overall organizational ambitions, providing critical thought and feedback to departmental discussions.


Essential Knowledge & Experience:


  • Pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational corporation with global operations and local footprint
  • Significant content strategy, operations, and/or brand marketing experience ideally including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content delivery roles
  • Aware of current innovation in content strategy, modular content approaches, and other forward-looking developments within content and operations
  • People leadership experience managing virtual teams
  • Communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence and manage senior leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Experience leading and managing project-based and/or multiple initiatives at once with varying levels of complexity and maturity
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience working across complex negotiation and other process-related delivery models
  • Proven track record of success being a high-level independent and team contributor to lead multiple project and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with team members, management, and internal/external partners
