About This Job:


This role is part of our new Global Omni Channel Operations function with specific responsibility for the Nordics and Benelux Cluster. The Omnichannel Commercial Engagement and Strategic Planning Lead will interface with our brand and therapeutic areas, supporting the delivery of optimal customer engagement and experience. This role will interact closely with commercial teams to maximize operating processes. The scope of this role is dedicated to a cluster of assigned country markets and requires a broad mixture of skills such as technical comprehension, process details, peer influencing, analytical capabilities and the ability to apply operational knowledge to achieve strategic objectives.


Key Activities are noted below:


  • Lead local market commercial teams’ digital transformation to provide omnichannel capability and operational expertise that will optimise delivery of seamless customer engagement and exceptional experience.
  • Responsible for sharing, teaching, coaching and application of frameworks for omnichannel digital product planning, digital product subject expertise and resource allocation modelling that can be leveraged by in-market teams
  • Drive brand performance within the cluster and markets in partnership with commercial teams against overall Omni Channel Operations (OCO) KPIs and other omnichannel objectives
  • Embed capabilities within affiliate businesses such as channel goal definition, content creation, mix selection and roll-out strategy, customer journey mapping, campaign calendar and channel orchestration and measurement.
  • Contribute to the objective assessment of market performance specific to designated brands/business, create and carry out action/performance plans where markets are underperforming.
  • Responsible for marketing enablement solutions, ways of working, and other content/ marketing operations elements specific to the local market and environment
  • Remain aware of multiple ongoing objectives and initiatives such as: strategic brand marketing, Content Operations, Content Platforms, and Omnichannel excellence among others.
  • Represent the business needs, use cases, challenges and feedback to support the continued evolution of the OCO digital transformation agenda and ambitions
  • Key member of the Omnichannel Operations team, champion overall organizational ambitions and success

 

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

 

  • Solid experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational corporation with global operations and local footprint
  • Brand marketing experience including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content creation roles
  • Results oriented, able to see gaps in delivery and deliver solutions
  • Fluent in written & verbal English with good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven decision-making and strategic thinking skills, able to present complex issues and contribute to high level discussions
  • Ability to lead multiple project and processes
  • Experience of working with teams/individuals with varied cultural backgrounds across a matrix structure


Education/Qualifications:


  •  Bachelors degree or equivalent
