About This Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a client facing Senior Reward Analyst to become part of a small Reward/Compensation team covering our Established Markets Region (Europe, AUS, Canada & NZ). Working in alignment with our Senior Reward Partner, you will play a key role in the delivery of a number of key projects over the next two years across the region. Engaging with different stakeholders and HR Business Partners, we are looking for a proactive Analyst who can actively contribute to these key projects and act as a ‘thought partner’

Key Activities for this role:

  • Contributing to the development of reward policies and processes, ensuring local practices are aligned with Astellas Global Reward strategy and principles.
  • Deliver on key reward projects linked to performance management, year end review cycles, in country compensation & benefits
  • Providing insights and analysis that supports the reward team in developing solutions to business needs
  • Building a collaborative network with global partners, enabling the Reward team to align global systems, programmes and approaches
  • Work with the team to support the effective delivery of reward cycles, and other reward projects
  • Providing advice & guidance to HR on reward matters, policies and processes; across the employment cycle from recruitment through to offboarding
  • Work with HRBPs and ER to prepare and input into works council and trade union discussions as required

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience gained within a multi-country Reward environment 
  • Proven experience of conducting surveys, benchmarking, pay and bonus reviews
  • Exposure to reward practices including benefits, bonus and incentive schemes
  • Experience of compensation management tools, ideally SAP Success Factors
  • Advanced excel modelling skills, with solid numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong influencing and business partnering skills
