About This Job

The Senior LMS Operations Support Associate is responsible and accountable for day to day LMS Operations Support activities, such as LMS user account management, learning assignment support, inspection readiness activities related to staff qualification requirements, managing Quality Control activities for maintaining LMS systems data integrity. This role is also accountable for managing LMS related communications and maintaining the global LMS User Support Portal. In addition the role manages global learning services through coordination, administration and logistics of Development/M&D and wider learning events and learning related workshops. Accountabilities include scheduling, enrolling, documenting and communicating the events, setting up and facilitating/assisting global and/or virtual training classes and ensuring LMS has the technical capabilities to (continue to) meet instructor led event related business requirements.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with Successfactors LMS application in general; thorough knowledge on the functional and technical capabilities of instructor led offerings of Successfactors LMS
  • Customer service focused towards both internal and external customer and business partners;
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a high volume workflow and follow up project through to completion, ensuring attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Certification in training administration
  • Experience with managing delicate/sensitive staff qualification records (such as CVs and training records)
  • Knowledge/experience working with groups with various cultural backgrounds and learning styles.
  • Ability to self-motivate and drive for strong results
  • Location for this position is Northbrook, IL, Leiden, Netherlands or Tokyo, Japan
