About this job:

The main role of the Business Analyst is to provide financial analysis, reporting and forecasting to support effective business decisions across the affiliate. It creates, maintains, improves and distributes reports and analysis to affiliate stakeholders. It is responsible for consolidating assumptions into forecast and budget models, working with inputs from key stakeholders. It evaluates and maintains risk and opportunities analysis. It consolidates variance analysis of the P&L from across Brands and is able to analyse and determine trends, deviations, gaps.

As a Business Analyst you will:

  • Collaborate with regional planning team to understand deliverables and reporting requirements, and support delivery of these within the affiliate.
  • Collaborate with commercial leads of affiliate, providing analysis and insights to support effective decision making across Affiliate.
  • Partner with Functional Leads of market and provide financial decision support.
  • Provides relevant analysis and support in budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting of Global functions in the Affiliate.
  • Operate as key contact with Regional Planning to ensure effective planning process, and manage communication within Affiliate.
  • Develop forecast models, trend analysis and scenarios to support revenue modelling.
  • Train affiliate employees on new financial processes and systems.
  • Act as financial approver of POs.
  • Maintain effective controlling activity to ensure Opex/Capex expense is managed in line with budget.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial controlling related activities.
  • Experienced working knowledge of accounting and internal control standards
  • Experience with ERP systems (S4 Hana, BPC)
  • Solid work experience in planning and budgeting

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Management Accounting Certificate (e.g. CIMA) or equivalent
  • Masters Degree in Finance or Controlling.


  • University degree or relevant technical education or work experience
  • English and local language advanced level in speaking and writing
