About this job:

The main role of the Marketing Manager Nephrology is to define the strategic plan (brand plan over the medium term) and the tactical plan (marketing plan over the short term) of his/her product(s). Also, to ensure the operational implementation of the plans defined in accordance with the planned timing and budget.

As a Marketing Manager Nephrology you will:

  • Develop and define the Astellas marketing strategy for the product. For this mission, given the life cycle of the product, the Nephrology Marketing Manager will have a key role in coordinating the preparation stages of the launch in order to ensure its success.
  • Define budget investment and media mix.
  • Carry out the brand plan and the marketing plan.
  • Present the brand plan and tactical plans to dedicated internal stakeholders.
  • Present and ensure the deployment of operational campaigns with the sales team.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5 years experience in marketing in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of the therapeutic area (Nephrology) is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Work experience in transversal projects.
  • Experience in product launches.


  • University degree or relevant technical education on scientific areas and marketing.
  • English and French language advanced level in speaking and writing.
