About this job:

The main role of the Marketing Manager - Transplantations is to define the strategic plan (medium-term brand plan) and the tactical plan (short-term marketing plan) for its products in the therapeutic area. Also, ensure the operational implementation of the plans defined in accordance with the planned timing and budget.

As a Marketing Manager - Transplantations you will:

  • Develop and define Astellas' marketing strategy for the product in the care pathway.
  • Define budget investment and media mix.
  • Present the brand plan and tactical plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Present and ensure the deployment of operational campaigns with the sales force.
  • Proactively communicate impactful information to the Brand Team France and Europe
  • Communicate and establish partnerships with key players and scientific community.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge on the therapeutic area is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Work experience in transversal projects.


  • University degree in Science areas or Marketing.
  • English and French language advanced level in speaking and writing.

Additional information:

  • Full time
  • Minimum travel is expected, mainly based in Astellas France HQ in Levallois-Perrier, Île-de-France. Most visits will be in France with local teams.
