About this job:

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Leading the in-affiliate Therapeutic Area activities to deliver a best-in-industry local customer offer across the 3 countries in the affiliate
  • Representing the EMEA brand plan for the affiliate, aligning brand priorities and market requirements
  • Developing and execute the operational brand plan in-market, through localisation / adaption of EMEA-level materials and initiatives
  • Ensuring locally-specific created initiatives and materials are appropriate, aligned with the brand strategy and positioning
  • Engaging with and managing the relationship with key local customers and KOLs to develop insights and services
  • Aligning with the Commercial Director, EMEA Brand Managers and other key stakeholders on brand priorities and market requirements
  • Ensuring all marketing channels identified for use locally (including but not limited to Digital) are aligned to the Therapeutic Area and Brand strategies, and are approved by the EMEA Brand Director
  • Partnering with colleagues on tendering, authorities, commission reimbursements and the successful launch of products
  • Ensuring product safety information is reported to pharmacovigilance department (DSO) no later than 24 hours from the receipt date.

Essential Knowledge & Experience: 

  • In-depth understanding of industry and regulatory requirements for Pharma sector in-country, with strong patient/customer focus
  • Able to leverage sector/market networks to identify opportunities for competitive advantage
  • Deep understanding of how to interpret data (market, financial etc.) and leverage insights generated, to build a strategic view of the market and convert that content into language which has meaning for multiple audiences 
  • Delivering to stretch KPIs, to sustainably grow the business and maintain performance
  • Comprehensively understands the impact of commercial activities in the market as well as how Regulatory and Governmental affairs can impact and shape the marketplace
  • Creative and conceptual, able to drive innovation in the customer offer
  • Fluent in written and verbal business English and ideally in one of the local languages 

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Politically astute with sound judgement and able to challenge respectively and constructively
  • Impactful, credible senior stakeholder internally and externally, able to effectively influence and delivering results through influence and persuasion
  • Deep understanding of how to interpret data (market, financial etc.) and leverage insights generated, to build a strategic view of the market and convert that content into language which has meaning for multiple audiences 
  • Good level of analytical ability and computer literacy


  • University degree and relevant education or work experience
