Purpose & Scope


·       As the Adobe Experience Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketing capabilities.

·       You will be part of the Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) team, focusing on optimising the use of the Adobe Marketing Stack, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Marketo Engage.

·       Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable digital experiences across global, regional, and affiliate teams.


Role and Responsibilities


·       Deliver day-to-day tasks as defined by the Value Team’s mandate, supporting the execution of the team’s strategy and objectives.

·       Serve as the Adobe Experience Cloud subject matter expert, addressing specific business challenges and driving measurable outcomes.

·       Translate business needs into actionable requirements for Adobe platform enhancements, ensuring clarity and feasibility with technical teams.

·       Act as a key partner in driving business readiness and adoption of new Adobe capabilities.

·       Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to initiatives that improve team effectiveness and efficiency.


Required Qualifications


·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, Digital Strategy, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

·       Demonstrable experience in customer data, CRM, digital identity, or omnichannel data operations.

·       Hands-on experience with customer identity and consent platforms.

·       Working knowledge of marketing automation or journey orchestration platforms.

·       Experience in a global role or with cross-functional teams across different regions.



Preferred Qualifications


·       Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc Data, MSc Digital Marketing).

·       Experience in journey orchestration or customer experience optimisation.

·       Familiarity with metadata strategy and data-driven personalisation approaches.
