The Opportunity:

As the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in aligning brand priorities and market requirements with the Head of Customer Engagement. You will contribute to the operational brand plan and collaborate with internal teams to localize, adapt, and execute initiatives that drive brand strategy. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key external experts (KEEs) while ensuring the seamless execution of omnichannel (OC) campaigns to enhance customer engagement and improve patient care.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Align with the Head of Customer Engagement to prioritize market needs and drive the operational brand plan for the Prostate and Bladder Cancer markets in the Netherlands.
  • Champion the brands through expertise in all aspects of the brand within the Netherlands, providing direct in-field interaction with HCP’s and related stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing channels identified for use locally (including but not limited to Digital) are aligned to the Therapeutic Area and Brand strategies, and approved by the Head of Customer Engagement (and other relevant governance bodies if needed).
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Customer Engagement & Value Partner and the Commercial Strategy & Operations (CS&O) team on omnichannel (OC) customer journey projects. Oversee the execution of OC campaigns, manage KPI definition, and track their impact.
  • Localize brand content according to Affiliate regulatory needs and ensure appropriate content creation and use in line with the operational brand plan.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience of working in a Pharma commercial organization or similar environment.
  • Experience in contributing to the development and implementation of brand strategy to reflect local views and achieving outstanding results to budget.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement and digital strategies to enhance customer interactions.
  • Proven track record of planning, managing product launches, measurement and revenue growth.
  • Strong project management experience with an ability to balance strategic and operational demands.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Oncology or Hematology.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end project management, including the implementation of integrated services and patient-centric solutions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English and Dutch.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is based in the Netherlands.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in the Leiden office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
