The Opportunity:
As Commercial Coordinator you will provide operation support in the implementation of all activities plans in a timely and highly compliant manner.
In this position you will coordinate daily operations of the Commercial (Marketing and Sales) organization and cross-functional activities with other company departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports implementation of tactical plans, commercial activities.
- Coordinate the flow of approval of commercial activities and the appropriate documentation in all internal systems.
- Offers support to organizing internal and external events, congresses.
- Keep contact with local authorities for a fully compliant deployment of all activities.
- Ensures full support for project management related to commercial plans.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Solid background as commercial assistant, commercial coordination, commercial operations or similar role.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English languages.
- Knowledge of accurate administrational and documentational procedures.
- IT competent and with ability to learn and use different systems.
- Experience working in a Matrix structure.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in international pharmaceutical company or similar industries.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent full-time position.
- This position is based in Budapest, Hungary.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 2 days per week in our Hungary office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
