Astellas’ Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are strategically located sites that give Astellas the ability to access talent across various functions in the value chain and to co-locate core capabilities that are currently dispersed. Our three GCCs are located in India, Poland and Mexico.

Location and Working Environment
This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office

Purpose & Scope
The Controls Application Support Senior Lead:
· Is a subject matter expert responsible for driving global governance and compliance through the maintenance and support of key systems such as SAP Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) and AuditBoard J-SOX Management Application (J-SOXHUB).
· Ensures proper segregation of duties for financial system access provisioning and partners with multiple business functions to maintain monitoring logic in GRC Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM).
· Governs and configures J-SOXHUB to support compliance processes, workflows, and reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
· Lead the global CCM program, including alert design, monitoring, remediation oversight, and reporting.
· Ensure alignment with global internal and external audit expectations.
· Oversee master data governance within CCM (control owners and operators).
· Provide global training programs for CCM owners and operators.
· Configure and maintain dashboards and performance analytics for senior leadership.
· Manage J-SOXHUB user accounts, access rights, and role-based permissions.
· Configure J-SOXHUB elements such as control libraries and reporting frameworks.
· Identify and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts across SAP and legacy systems.
· Partner with IS Compliance and SAP Security to enhance access provisioning and risk mitigation.
· Maintain purchasing approval thresholds and ensure compliance with global policies.
Required Qualifications
· Strong expertise in SAP GRC (PC, AC, CCM, SoD, Access Provisioning, Master Data).
· High exposure to ERP financial systems (SAP ECC, SAP SRM, SAP S4HANA, Ariba).
· Strong business acumen.
· Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
· Strong analytical skills and ability to present data effectively.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Deep knowledge of Finance Compliance, Governance, and Controls (preferably J-SOX or SOX).
· Experience with AuditBoard SOXHUB.
