The Opportunity:
As the Workplace Technology Lead you will be responsible for managing meeting room technology, providing printer and multifunction device support, overseeing visitor registration, and maintaining the office hoteling/registration platform.
Your main responsibilities include leading a team to ensure the seamless operation and support of our workplace technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of meeting room technology, with a special focus on Microsoft Teams Room.
- Ensure all meeting rooms are equipped with the necessary technology and are fully operational for seamless virtual and in-person meetings.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers and multifunction devices across the organization.
- Maintain a global multifunction device standard and ensure its implementation across all office locations.
- Define and maintain a global standard for the visitor and office space registration platforms, ensuring its implementation across all office locations.
- Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure compliance with visitor protocols and seamless integration with other systems.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Substantial years of experience in Meeting Room and Workspace registration technology management, maintenance and support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cross-cultural project management and communication experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with agile delivery practices.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent role based in Poland. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of twice a week in our Warsaw Poland office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
