The Opportunity: 

As an Executive Assistant at Astellas Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of T-MEA region with daily administrative duties.

Your contributions will be essential in managing an active calendar of appointments, coordinating complex travel plans, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. You will be part of a team dedicated to improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions, and your work will directly impact our mission to "Change Tomorrow™."

Hybrid Work:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Head of T-MEA region with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars and preparing expense reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all materials and schedules are in place.
  • Consolidate reports and proposals from various internal functions, preparing oral and written communications as needed.
  • Provide on-site administrative support during executive meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for electronic documents and manage confidential materials with discretion.

Essential Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex tasks
  • Quick learner with a sharp, results-oriented approach
  • Experienced in managing senior leaders' calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, with fluency in written and spoken business English.

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience in managing senior leaders’ calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.

Additional Information: 

  • This is a permanent full-time position
  • Location: This position is based in Türkiye.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 days per week in our Istanbul office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
