Location and Working Environment
This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 3 days per week in CAIRO, EGYPT office.

Purpose & Scope
- As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting directly into the T-MEA Commercial Finance Lead and be responsible for providing support to the senior leaders and teams and provide financial leadership.
- You will be responsible for South Africa, Algeria and Jordan.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business operations members, the COE, Systems and Reporting teams to deliver high quality, on time services.
- Provide systematic variance analysis & additional fundamental analysis support to FBPs & Business, which are relevant to the sustainability of the operation.
- Support accounting operations collaborating with GBS e.g., accruals entries etc to ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly closing is complying with financial and fiscal requirements, in line with relevant control frameworks.
- Support markets / areas FBPs through conducting monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses - provide key highlights on costs, headcounts tracking and cost efficiency analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within finance business partnering within a global pharmaceutical organization in the region.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge and experience of working in Budgeting and Accounting.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- BS/BA in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid organization, project and change management skills in a matrix environment
- Experienced working with ERP systems, planning tools and Excel and PowerPoint.
