The Opportunity:

As the Global Capability Center (GCC) Site Coordinator, you will support the GCC Site Lead in the organization and facilitation of operations and activities at our global capability center. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the site runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting various business functions and facilitating seamless communication across departments. You should be knowledgeable about the business and proactive in addressing challenges to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate projects within the GCC, track and report progress, and support team members as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the GCC Site Lead, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records, while collaborating with other functions on specific topics.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure their needs are met and maintain a smooth flow of information and resources across the site.
  • Plan and execute site-wide events, integration activities, and social initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion and sports events, working closely with the Site Lead and HR.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, manage procurement processes, and support compliance with local regulations and company policies, including health and safety standards.
  • Actively promote and facilitate agile ways of working to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the GCC.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Significant experience in office management or a similar role preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience working in a shared service centre.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Agile knowledge and experience of working in agile teams would be a big plus.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
