The Opportunity:

This is a leadership position within the medical affairs Business unit to lead the ANZ medical affairs team. 
You will be working across all therapeutic areas and be creating and implanting the medical affairs strategy across the region as well as ensuring your teams success and development.

Your position will be office-based in the state of Sydney, New South Wales in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the entirety of the medical affairs team across ANZ. 
  • Ensure all medical affairs activities support the company’s commitment to integrity and deliver to the highest standard of quality. 
  • Proactively identify and develop the necessary processes and continuous framework enhancements.
  • Crate, develop and implement the medical affairs strategy across country and region.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experienced in Senior roles within medical affairs. 
  • Have extensive pharmaceutical experience. 
  • Demonstrate extensive and supportive leadership experience and capabilities. 

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience within Oncology 

Education:

  • Preferred MD, PhD or PharmD or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Sydney office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need.
  • Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office. 
  • Candidates must have full Work Rights for Australia.
  • Candidates must be located within the state of Sydney, NSW.
