The Opportunity:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your assigned territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other healthcare providers. You will also play a key role in executing and localizing product marketing plans, actively participating in the implementation of marketing campaigns. You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Ensure adherence to Astellas policies relating to Ethics and Compliance standards.
  • Maintain relationships, and detail to groups of doctors and HC professionals.
  • Responsible of development of the whole assigned area – detailing products in all therapeutic areas of the company.
  • Develop a territory plan, perform market analysis at the territory level, and implement and monitor plan.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience working with Haematologists, Urologists, and in Women’s Health.
  • Experience with digital promotional channels.
  • Fluent in local language and English.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Position is located in Athens, Greece.
  • This position is field-based in Athens, Greece and 80% travel is expected in line with your role.
  • Residence in the geographical area close to or in the assigned working area.
  • Potential travelling internationally.
