Location and Working Environment
- This position is based in Bucharest and will require on-site work.
- This role is field-based.
- Residence in the geographical area close to or in the assigned working area.
- Potential travelling internationally (e.g. internal meetings or congresses).
- Willing and able to drive long distances.

Purpose & Scope
- As Key Account Manager, you need to achieve the territory sales targets through direct contact with HCPs, HCOs, KOLs, and other healthcare providers, as well as through the implementation of product marketing plans, including active involvement in marketing campaign execution and localization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Astellas policies relating to Ethics and Compliance standards
- Maintain relationships, detail to groups of doctors and HC professionals
- Responsible of developments of the whole assigned area – detailing products in all therapeutic areas of the company
- Develop a territory plan, perform market analysis at territory level, implement and monitor plan
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Significant previous experience working with Haematologists, Urologists, and Women’s Health
- Experience working in a cross functional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using digital promotional channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross functional teams and agile working methodologies.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, etc.).
