The Opportunity:

As the Lead for Ethics & Compliance Transformation Delivery, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of transformation projects aimed at advancing the maturity of the Ethics & Compliance Program and/or continually improving the Division's operations.

In this role, you ensure that each project has clearly defined goals, objectives, and milestones, collaborating with Project Leaders to drive execution while maintaining effective communication across project stakeholders.
You will also assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies to both transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Set project management baselines for transformation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate plans, along with other necessary project documentation (e.g., Charters, Risk Registers, RAID Logs, etc.).
  • Ensure that project statuses are communicated according to the agreed reporting approach.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Leads, acting as a 'critical friend' to support the successful delivery and execution of transformation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and prioritizing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Influence the evolution of the Ethics & Compliance Training and Compliance strategy by leveraging external and internal insights into training and communication tools, systems, and processes that could enhance the Ethics & Compliance program.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional, and/or global projects.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile SCRUM methodology.
  • Experience in compliance-related functions (e.g., regulatory, legal, audit, or risk).

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Project Management accreditation (e.g., APM or PMI qualifications).

Additional Information:

  • This is a fixed-term position.
  • Position is based in Addlestone, UK.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
