The Opportunity:

As the Lead, Market Access you will be reporting directly to the Lead, Market access & Government Affairs Turkey. This is an individual contributor role where you will be accountable for the development of, and execution of, market access strategies that ensure optimal coverage, reimbursement, and utilization of the company's products, ultimately driving patient access and commercial success.

Key Activities:

  • Routinely follow up price & discount lists of TITCK & SGK and calculate the potential impact on company’s products/Inform related parties.
  • Analyse the missing gaps for the reimbursement dossier preparations and proactively generate the local required data for the reimbursement dossier.
  • Prepare the reimbursement submissions and objections handling.
  • Submissions and follow up of new price applications & price change applications.
  • Make analyses of changes in price &reimbursement policies.
  • Able to contribute actively to new strategies working with other functions by ensuring a balanced approach between his/her function's and the overall team’s benefit.
  • Ensure that business approvals are organized in an optimum way for new launched products/line extensions.
  • Monitor changes and competitive situation in the environment in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for Market Access and develop and implement payer projects.
  • Define Value Propositions by consolidating Core Value Dossiers, stakeholder needs, local environment and Brand priorities.
  • Adoption of global CEM &BIM in order to support reimbursement dossiers.
  • Monitor & report local and regional trends in heath policies and activities in particular any important local and regional policy action plans.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar market access role with a global pharmaceutical company.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationship with external bodies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the payer landscape, reimbursement policies, and market access trends.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving aptitude.
  • Fluent in English (both in writing, presentation and conversation).
  • Good computer skills in MS Office applications.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience negotiating with external stakeholders, such as payers, GPOs, and health systems.
  • Professional demeanour and team-oriented mindset.
  • Military service completed for males.

Education/Qualifications:

  • University graduation from life sciences, economics or equivalent.
