Purpose and Scope

  • The Sales function ensures customer orders are fulfilled through tracking sales orders, stock levels, and communication with global affiliates. The Distribution function ensures deliveries reach their destination globally while controlling costs and managing logistics providers. The SAP function leads all SAP initiatives for both manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities


  • Customer Service and Distribution Coordination & Administration 
  • Customer Order Processing and Coordination 
  • Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements 
  • Complete special projects as required 
  • SAP S4 Hana and ECC transactions execution 
  • Create and maintain sales orders 
  • Ensure service level adherence 
  • Liaise with supply chain departments 
  • Plan daily product shipments 
  • Prepare delivery and billing documentation 
  • Communicate documentation to customers 
  • Execute transactions in Rfxcel 

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SD experience
