The Opportunity:

As a Manager, Business Solutions and Analysis, you will ensure that affiliates have access to relevant Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with valid and timely information needed to engage effectively with all customers and stakeholders. Drive the development of the entire customer landscape by ensuring accurate data, robust systems, and efficient processes that support customer insights — all within the Veeva suite, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Veeva Link, Veeva Network, Veeva Align, and related platforms. Support business engagement with Healthcare Professionals and enhance field force performance.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Lead the development, implementation, operations, and monitoring of all customers engagement activities that support the business, especially those related to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Analyse activity data and benchmark performance against relevant comparable clusters such as Alpine and Benelux.
  • Gather and share best practices and repositories that can enhance overall business performance.
  • Engage with Business and Regional support functions to mutually align processes that improve internal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that internal customer satisfaction reflects business needs and business users’ experiences.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Communicate effectively and drive the implementation of processes and projects so they align with business expectations.
  • Stay one step ahead of internal customers by providing timely, relevant analysis that challenges and improves affiliate performance.
  • Prepare automated, accurate, and timely data activity analyses and insights in Qlik Sense.
  • Understand local markets and customers, reflected in your interactions with internal stakeholders, ensuring the field force organisation remains competitive against internal and external benchmarks and best practices.
  • Build trust in systems, data, and processes by engaging, involving, and motivating stakeholders to deliver best in class affiliate Business Solutions.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and effective execution of Business Solutions Lead (BSL) responsibilities.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to set context (purpose, outcome), deliver clear and comprehensible messaging, tailor content to the target audience, and provide relevant information at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Problem solving skills that allow you to identify and structure underlying issues and present practical, actionable solutions to stakeholders.
  • Clear and concise communication across all interactions.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • Type of role: Full-time, permanent.
  • Location: Denmark office (Copenhagen).
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2-3 days per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
