About this role:

This is a business-critical role within the Oncology Business unit to promote one of the existing Oncology products. You will be working in an autonomous position that requires you to be an experienced MSL to liaise with Key opinion leaders and customers about a good product with a niche indication and small customer group.

Your position will be field-based and covering the state of Queensland, Australia.

You will be working in an organized and successful territory with existing products and existing customers with a focus on relaunching this product and reigniting relationships as well as establishing new ones.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide knowledge of the local healthcare environment and healthcare dynamics.
  • Support Medical Education activities.
  • Maintain medical and scientific knowledge and stay current to enable peer-to-peer scientific
  • exchange.
  • Engage in discussions regarding evolving trends in disease state management, trends in
  • therapy.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • You will be an experienced Medical Science Liaison within the Oncology/Hematology therapeutic area.
  • Have extensive experience and be confident in working and taking part of round table discussions with senior customers.
  • Passionate about a research position

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Excellent and strong communication.
  • PhD or MD (but not essential)

Education:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in science, Business, or equivalent

  • This position is field based in NSW and 65% travel is expected in line with your role.
