The Opportunity:
As Network Engagement Lead (NEL) you will be acting as the strategic partner on the country level to all Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and further stakeholders in identified accounts/networks to align external needs and insights with internal resources.
As a core member of the Brand Team and as a key player in dedicated Squad teams, you are expected to contribute to the overall customer value delivery strategy and to achieving the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be perceived as a senior, knowledgeable, and relevant conversation partner and customer expert by all external stakeholders through area and clinical knowledge and customer-in approach to drive long term relationships.
- Analyse, map and liaise with external strategic stakeholders, decision making networks and influencers such as but not limited to guideline committees, academic centres, (regional) health insurers, service and/or care delivering agencies to provide outside in insights.
- Drive achievement of field-related brand objectives. In close connection with the TA brand team, co-create and execute solid strategic & tactical (key activities) plans and strategy at a regional and national level.
- Develop value-based solutions based on product strategies and customer insights in close collaboration with the brand team for improved adoption of and access to Astellas products.
- Co-develop and implement an omnichannel strategy for customer impact and customer experience, together with the Customer Engagement Value Partners.
- Demonstrate scientific expertise, acumen and drive that enables meaningful conversations with senior HCPs and other stakeholders and will position role as relevant scientific discussion partner.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Fluent in English language.
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical industry in commercial positions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Extensive field experience in The Netherlands.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in urology or women’s health therapeutic areas.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent full-time position.
- This position is based in The Netherlands.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 2 days per week in our Netherlands office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
