Location and Working Environment
This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

Purpose & Scope
- Manage Credit Management, Collections, and Accounts Receivable (A/R) operations.
- Oversee both in-house teams and external BPO partners.
- Ensure processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and standardized.
- Drive strategic initiatives across Credit Management and A/R.
- Improve operational effectiveness and foster cross-team collaboration.
- Align team objectives with overall organizational goals.
- Work closely with key stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Credit Management, Collections, and A/R activities and performance, including credit analysis, accounts receivable monitoring, customer collections, dispute resolution, cash application, and payment processing, ensuring accurate execution.
- Monitor end-to-end processes across Collections and A/R to ensure seamless workflows between credit assessment, invoicing, payment receipt, and accounts reconciliation.
- Address and resolve escalations related to credit and receivables operations while ensuring service delivery goals and KPIs are met.
- Supervise critical month-end activities, including JSOX control approvals, urgent payment reviews, and dispute escalations.
- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes within the Credit Management and A/R value chain to improve transparency, reduce costs, and strengthen controls.
- Partner with internal teams to automate workflows such as credit risk management tools, automated payment matching, and AI-based collections solutions.
- Collaborate with DigitalX to resolve operational issues and support user queries.
- Understand processing impacts across the Collections and A/R teams and communicate those effectively to ensure an efficient process.
- Supporting local Affiliates with legacy RTR/PTP activities.
Continue: Role and Responsibilities
- Manage external BPO resources to ensure their deliverables align with organizational objectives and quality standards.
- Partner with the OTC Value Team Captain to manage and execute selected projects, including the rollout of standardized Collections, Credit Management, and A/R processes across regions.
- Work with OTC Value Stream Captain to track project progress, filter priorities, and provide clear guidance to the team.
- Ensure strict adherence to audit and compliance frameworks, such as JSOX, and oversee the execution of controls across all Credit Management and A/R operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent/
- Previous experience in Credit Management, Collections, or Accounts Receivable operations/
- Proven expertise in leading regional rollouts and implementing standardized Credit Management and A/R processes across multiple countries.
- Business level of English & French/
- Proficiency in SAP (FI modules, SD modules, A/R tools, etc.) or other ERP systems relevant to Credit Management and Accounts Receivable.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as JSOX and similar governance structures.
- Advanced skills in analysing and reporting data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar.
- Experience working in operations in a shared services or global business services (GBS) model.
- Familiarity with advanced Credit and A/R technologies and tools, including AI-based collections solutions or credit scoring systems.
