The Opportunity:

As People Partner Cluster Lead, you will report directly to the Global Head of People Partners and be responsible for leading a team of People Partners for a region spanning across multiple countries, mainly in Europe.

In this position you will drive and implement Human Resources (HR) strategies across the region, acting as a key partner to business leaders—such as General Managers—to support talent management and operational HR. You will provide clear guidance on case management, ensuring compliance with HR policies while fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver aligned and effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR for the region (20+ countries in Europe), collaborating closely with the Regional Head and the General Managers/Leadership Team of the local clusters and countries and be accountable for People Management coaching and ensuring country compliance.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of HR professionals from the region to effectively drive the vision and purpose of global HR initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the organization to successfully execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes, business and organizational changes and projects.
  • Drive and implement HR strategies for Regional and Global Functions, in alignment with global HR objectives and business goals. Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders, enabling them to drive business success and employee engagement.
  • Accountable for the provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on all case management (disciplinary, grievance, appeals, performance management, sickness, cross border, etc) and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, HR CoEs to ensure global HR policies and frameworks are aligned with organisational strategy and market or functional requirements, utilizing business acumen and market or functional complexity knowledge.
  • Accountable for championing a future focused approach by thinking strategically and anticipating new opportunities, as well as understanding external market trends to drive and deliver successful organizational transformation.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Human Resources, with proven track record of developing people, leading, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex change management initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Skilled in handling high-risk, employment-related cases from intake through investigation to resolution.
  • Strong understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.), with specific experience in HR process design, transaction support and employee administration.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-national matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Fluency in English language (read, write, speak).

Preferred Experience:

  • Comfortable working with HR technology, including experience using AI tools in HR processes, data dashboards, and enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, or comparable platforms.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position.
  • Location: This position may be based in the Netherlands or Poland.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum 1 day per quarter in our Netherlands or Poland local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
