The Opportunity:
As a People Services Operations Specialist you will be a key partner within our HR Service Delivery function, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient HR processes throughout the full employee lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with our wider HR team, business leaders, and external service providers to deliver exceptional service, drive process improvements, and support continuous transformation across People Operations.

Key Activities for this role:
- Deliver end to end employee lifecycle services, with a focus on resolving complex HR cases.
- Provide high quality, consistent advice to employees, managers, and external partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR processes and systems, including SAP, Alight, and Conduent.
- Own HR processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for service delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance knowledge content and promote employee self service.
- Analyse customer requests and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent People Operations as an SME on projects impacting HR processes and ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with the wider HR team, line managers, and third party providers.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong background in delivering customer‑centric HR support.
- Experience with outsourced and in‑house HR services models.
- Proficiency with HR systems (SAP/Alight/Conduent preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities.
- Fluent in written and verbal business English; proficiency in French.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Additional Information:
- This role is a full-time, permanent.
- This role is located in France office (Paris).
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 2-3 day per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
