Location and Working Environment
- This position is onsite based in the Killorglin with potential to work onsite in Tralee plant as required.
- This position may require some overtime.
- Hybrid work from certain locations may be permitted in accordance with Astellas’ Responsible Flexibility Guidelines.
Purpose and Scope
- Join our onsite IT team with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of Infrastructure Delivery and Enablement.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Provide Infrastructure delivery and enablement across computers, servers, networks, and other technology components, which includes but is not limited to:
- Analysing and performing vulnerability remediation activities.
- Analysing and performing account validation activities.
- Collaborating with the team to improve and document processes, policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, including service requests, incident reports, and maintenance logs.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
- Work with and support the team in all required activities
- Work on /identify improvement opportunities, agree and implement these.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science related degree
- Applicants must be a recent graduate or graduating in time for a September 2026 start date
