As a Specialist in Global MA Data Solutions Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Medical Affairs activities. You will implement practical and efficient methods to measure performance, conduct insightful analyses, and generate reports that communicate the value of our initiatives. Hybrid Working:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from internal and external sources to identify industry trends, benchmarks and improvement opportunities.
- Identify, standardize, and automate the integration of critical reporting metrics and modeling tools to support evolving medical affairs needs.
- Collaborate with operational medical affairs stakeholders to define, develop, and maintain business rules in alignment with internal policies.
- Manage and maintain performance measurement systems, developing reports, dashboards and presentations to clearly communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to match evolving business needs.
- Provide consultation and training on reports to ensure their effective use among stakeholders.
- Monitor and communicate metric performance to prioritize action and risk management plans.
Essential Knowledge Experience:
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in an analytics/data science role.
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis, or competitive intelligence, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.

- Work experience across multiple cultures and countries/regions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in Poland.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our Warsaw office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
