The Opportunity:

As a Specialist Supply Chain Management Operation, you are responsible for managing most of the activities within the order-to-delivery area including customer relationship management, order fulfilment, and liaising with various supply chains as well as relevant enterprise-wide teams to ensure stable supply and a high quality of service to first trade customers. In certain markets Supply & Inventory Management as well as Demand Management functions might be performed to meet the local market requirements.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Responsible for the Order to Delivery process Italy Affiliate (EDI Platform), and product availability, stock control.
  • Adhere to KPIs & SLAs for Logistic Provider.
  • Work with L&D teams for warehousing and downstream logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Support the LM on Forecast Enrichment (monthly), and reporting set for Commercial & sales (daily sales).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • English full working proficiency level.
  • Experience in Logistic & Customer Operations.

Education /Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position
  • Position is based in Italy
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum two days per week in our Milan office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
