The Opportunity:

As the Specialist, Sales you will be reporting directly to the Sales Lead and be responsible for regional sales achievement across three major governorates in Egypt including – Asyut, Menia and Beni Suef whilst managing the Urology portfolio.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct pharmaceutical sales for the company and meet the sales targets
  • Increase brand awareness and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
  • Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the medical product sales.
  • Meet pharmaceutical sales targets, negotiate contracts, review pharmaceutical sales job performance, and draft reports on the same.
  • Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact sales calls.
  • Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
  • Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales having worked with a global pharmaceutical organization in Upper Egypt.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM & Veeva systems
  • Strong negotiation and organization skills.
  • Collaborative & Proactive in nature
  • Must have own car.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in Urology would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently.

Education:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Candidates should be based in Asyut, Egypt.
  • This position is field based in Asyut, Egypt with frequent travel across Menia and Beni Suef. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
