The Opportunity:
As a Platform Engineer leading a team of individuals in a specific area of digital expertise, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital initiatives forward within our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two key components: Digital Capability and Digital Execution.
Digital Execution focuses on aligning multiple missions with business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, emphasizes the growth and development of individuals within specific areas of expertise. This dual structure allows us to efficiently scale agile practices while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
As an Enterprise Business Platforms Engineer, you will focus on the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms that support our business processes and operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the platforms driving business functions such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management – e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning – e.g., SAP), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and solutions related to Clinical, Patient Safety, and Quality Management. Your goal will be to ensure these platforms are optimized to support business objectives, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.

Key Activities for this role:
- Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of the organization. This may involve programming, adjusting configurations, and integrating various software solutions.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., CRM and ERP) to improve data flow and streamline business processes.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective platform utilization.
- Initiative Execution: Actively participate in various initiatives, applying specialized skills to achieve objectives and deliver expected value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of value through continuous integration and deployment of enterprise platforms.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or related fields, with a track record of aligning business needs with technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business challenges and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development tools is advantageous.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Analytics, CDP, Target, and other marketing technology platforms, such as Consent and Preference Management (CPM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- Position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our Warsaw office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
