The Opportunity:

As the Brand Manager, you will be the subject matter expert for your assigned product in Oncology, driving the brand’s strategy and execution across the Nordic region.

Working closely within a tight-knit Oncology team and cross-functional partners to create and implement the Nordic Operational Plan, ensuring alignment with global strategies.

This position reports into the Business Unit Head, Nordic, Marketing-Oncology.

This position is based in Ørestad, Copenhagen office, Denmark. Applications from Sweden and Finland are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing actionable local tactics and performance indicators.
  • Co-creating brand content using an omnichannel marketing approach tailored to meet local regulatory needs.
  • Leading cross-functional brand teams to ensure cohesive execution of field activities.
  • Gathering insights from the local market to inform brand strategies and operational plans.
  • Managing the brand’s promotional budget and contributing to brand forecasting.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in oncology, with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing or medical affairs.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing brand strategies that resonate with local markets.
  • Experienced in managing the brand life cycle, including end-to-end project management capabilities.
  • A curiosity for omnichannel approaches and the ability to develop digital solutions that add value to our customers.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is based in Ørestad, Copenhagen office, Denmark. Applications from Sweden and Finland are also welcome.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
