The Opportunity:
The Commercial Capabilities Strategy and Operations Partner role involves developing and implementing strategies that enable the functional unit to achieve its business objectives and identifying and implementing operational improvements. The role reports directly to the Commercial Capabilities Head of Strategy & Operations, who is a member of the Commercial Capabilities Leadership Team.

Key activities for this role:
- Facilitate budget management across Commercial Capabilities activities and support the Commercial Capabilities Head of Strategy & Operations in coordinating with Finance, including the Growth Strategy project Budgeting across multiple teams.
- Work closely with the Strategy and Operations Head to facilitate the projects, initiatives, priorities, and interactions process across relevant areas.
Facilitate annual objectives submission deliverables (yearly objectives, FC4, scorecard, org design, GCA plans).
- Assist in developing and maintaining performance monitoring & measurement dashboards.
- Assist in Governance meetings with all Senior Commercial partners (5x commercial divisions/regions and 3x global strategic brand marketing teams)
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of commercial capabilities with overall business.
- Objectives and optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and prepare presentations as well as other meeting pre-reads and materials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies preferably within consultancy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare.
- Strong experience in Commercial Finance & Reporting
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
- Experience with using project management software and other tracking programs for delivery.
- Experience working with teams/individuals with varied cultural backgrounds & learning styles.
- English conversational and business English
Education:
- A strong first degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent.
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified), desirable.
Additional information:
- This opportunity is in the UK, Addlestone.
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our Addlestone office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
