About This Job:

As a Commercial Operational and Executive Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting sales force KPIs. This will be achieved by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. You will also analyse market insight, market trends and sales data. In this dynamic role, you'll inspire and guide your team towards operational excellence. It is crucial to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards of Astellas.

Key Activities:

  • Responsible for delivering Operational Excellence capability within KSA & UAE, supporting the Country Manager and Commercial Manager in the deployment of operational effectiveness, business & market insights. And lead digital transformation within the MEA region
  • Build and enhance digital understanding and capability of the commercial teams.
  • Responsible to build various commercial strategies which involves sales force KPI, market insight, cycle plans, omnichannel, segmentation and target.
  • Partnering with the country commercial teams to build appropriate training channel/support plan for the field force teams.
  • To deliver sales performance report on a monthly and quarterly basis to country and regional teams.
  • Participate or lead projects, initiate ad-hoc analyses and engage in the process of knowledge developments.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Proven experience building commercial strategies like sales force KPI, market trends, sales cycle plan, training etc.
  • Previous track record of leading a team and change management projects.
  • Profound knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Proven experience in IQVIA data and CRM (Veeva)

Educations/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • The position is based in Riyadh, KSA
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role is a blend of work from home and a minimum of 3 days in our Riyadh office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
