The Opportunity:
We're looking for a communications professional to support our global brand teams in delivering high-impact, timely, and compliant messaging around key regulatory milestones, data releases, and major scientific congresses. This role is also central to managing brand-related issues and driving strong engagement across global brand teams.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure communication strategies are aligned with scientific and commercial objectives.
Ideally, you bring experience working on global brands within a pharmaceutical company or agency setting, giving you the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and deliver communications that resonate across diverse markets.

Responsibilities:
- Developing global communication plans for regulatory milestones, including filings, approvals, and label updates.
- Coordinating with global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of accurate and compliant materials.
- Drafting and refining core message frameworks, Q&As, and internal announcements to align with regulatory updates and business objectives
- Driving the development and execution of global communication strategies for key data announcements and scientific congresses.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging, coordinate content creation, and ensure timely distribution of communications.
- Creating and tailoring core messages, Q&As, and internal updates to support data disclosures and congress-related activities.
- Monitoring and supporting the identification and management of communication risks tied to priority brands.
- Preparing holding statements, core message frameworks, Q&As, and response protocols to address emerging issues proactively.
- Ensuring all communications meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the to ensure smooth execution of brand communications.
- Partnering with Corporate, R&D Communications, and Investor Relations to align messaging across brand and therapeutic area initiatives.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications, with a solid grasp of the industry landscape.
- Well-versed in regulatory processes, clinical data communications, and compliance standards within the healthcare sector.
- Skilled in translating complex scientific information into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable navigating global, cross-functional environments and working effectively within matrixed teams.
- Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated success in driving global or multi-market brand communication initiatives within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of aligning communications strategies to support business goals in regulated settings.
- Skilled in bringing together stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultures to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
- Skilled at turning complex scientific and medical information into clear, engaging, and compliant messages.
- Experienced in crafting and executing communication strategies that boost brand visibility and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess impact and continuously improve communication approaches.
- Experience working with diverse, global teams and external partners, fostering collaboration across multiple markets.
- Proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex, multi-market initiatives within dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Highly effective project management skills, with a focus on coordination, timelines, and delivery.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, Life Sciences, or equivalent.

- This is a permanent full-time position
- Position is based in the United Kingdom
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
