Location and Working Environment

This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney, NSW and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

Purpose & Scope

  • Due to recent changes within the business, this role has become live. Your role will be leading the Australian sales team across all brands. This role has 5 direct reports of whom are leadership with a further team of 25 sales. Your role will be to lead sales and coach and mentor team talent. This role sits on the leadership team for the Australian business.
  • This role will be based in Sydney, New south Wales and will require you to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Have recent pharmaceutical sector experience in a senior management position within Australia.
  • Be able to showcase leadership and extensive experience in leading and driving a sales within a field-based sales team
  • Demonstrate a proven successful track record of understanding primary care and specialty care

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
