The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing commercial team based in on, Türkiye.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, managing the Oncology portfolio for the region. You will plan, develop and implement projects for key clients to achieve promotion, market share and growth targets.


In this role you will:

  • Indirectly affect the realization of the periodical / annual targets (box, market share, growth) of the area you are responsible for, by making effective promotion.
  • Make effective visits to the physicians in your area and follow up the work results, in order to develop long-term communication.
  • Actively monitor and evaluate your visits, trends and market dynamics in your region and report them regularly to your manager.
  • Support cross functional business processes.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position within Romania.
  • Solid experience in the field of Medical Oncology or similar.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude focused on results.
  • Fluent in written and verbal business English and Romanian.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing / persuasiveness skills.
  • Proficiency in the platforms Qlik and Veeva.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position.
  • Position is based in Iasi, Romania.
  • This position is field based in Iasi and around 50% travel in line with your role requirements in Iasi, Vaslui, Suceava, Botosani, Neamt, Bacau is expected.
